With a combined social media following of 6.3 million on TikTok and Instagram, TV presenter and online personality/YouTuber Nella Rose and podcaster and TV personality GK Barry have made a name for themselves in the social media game and know just how important promo is when pushing any business to the next level.

In this brand-new sassy six-part series produced by BBC Studios Entertainment, ‘SHE.E.Os’ GK Barry and Nella Rose invite celebrity guests looking to loan their viral creds to newbie entrepreneurs wanting a boost on their social profiles. A satirical dig at the stereotypical male-dominated boardroom, this post-Barbie series turns traditional ‘suit and tie’ business formats on their heads. From a kinky tarot card reader to a boyfriend-testing service, who will our boss girls and guys choose to back?

Celeb guests to feature in the series include former WBC Champion of the World and I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here runner up, Tony Bellew, OG YouTuber/Businesswoman, Patricia Bright, podcast sensation ShxtsNGigs (James Duncan and Fuhad Dawodu), multi award winning rapper, Konan, host and youtuber, Stephen Tries, and comedian Darkest.

Evie Buckley, Digital Commissioning Editor and Channel 4.0 Lead, said: “Nella Rose and GK Barry have made incredible strides in the entertainment industry, and know first-hand the value of a social media tag or shout-out when trying to stand out to the masses amidst so much competition. With a stellar line up of celebrity guests from different worlds, I’m excited to see our viewers’ reaction to some of the unique and innovative business ideas the panel will hear more about.”

Hannah Wesson, Exec Producer, BBC Studios Entertainment said: “The value of social promotion should not be underestimated and the businesses pitching really know the worth of what a celebrity push could do for them. Nella Rose and GK Barry are the perfect duo to ‘boss it’ in the boardroom and we can’t wait for audiences to see the show.”

Boss Pitches was executive produced by Hannah Wesson, series produced by Jack Murray, and directed by Ricky Williams and produced by BBC Studios Entertainment Productions.
